College of Nursing Associate Professor has been elected to the 2020-2021 Board of Directors. She will be representing Rush University on the board, helping to promote Rush鈥檚 mission of improving health equity in Chicago.
IOMC is an independent organization of distinguished leaders in the health field who collaborate to improve the health of the public. In alignment with Rush鈥檚 , the IOMC addresses critical health issues through a range of interprofessional approaches including education, research, communication of trusted information, and community engagement. With the health of the public at its core, IOMC is building new programs and services to meet its members and the Chicagoland community better.
Odiaga is the only nurse serving on the IOMC Board of Directors and looks forward to bringing a nursing perspective to the group.
