RUSH College of Nursing Programs Earn Top Rankings in Best Graduate Schools Rankings

U.S. News & World Report 2023-24 Best Graduate Schools rankings reinforce RUSH's reputation for nursing excellence, with a No. 1 position and seven more programs in the top 5

RUSH College of Nursing once again received high rankings, reinforcing its national reputation for excellence in nursing education. All eight ranked programs are in the top five nationwide, and the Clinical Nurse Leader Master鈥檚 track garnered the No. 1 and the overall DNP program ranked No. 2 for the second consecutive year in U.S. News & World Report鈥檚 2023-2024 Best Graduate Schools rankings released on April 25.

The College of Nursing ranked in the top 5 in seven other categories:

  • Overall Doctor of Nursing Practice (no. 2)
  • Pediatric, Primary Care (no. 2)
  • Family Nurse Practitioner (no. 3)
  • Psych Mental Health (no. 3)
  • Adult Gerontology, Acute Care (no. 4)
  • Adult Gerontology, Primary Care (no. 4)
  • Nursing Administration (no. 5)

The College of Nursing also claimed the No. 10 position in the online master鈥檚 degree category. prepares students who already have a bachelor鈥檚 degree in another field to pursue a career in nursing. This is the first year the Generalist Entry Master鈥檚 program has been ranked as an online program.
