has announced that professor, Department of Neurosurgery, has been named president of SNIS. Chen will lead the society鈥檚 initiatives to advance excellence in minimally invasive neuroendovascular care.
Chen has been in clinical practice at 脱衣直播 for more than 14 years and is a professor of neurology, neurosurgery, and radiology for Rush Medical College. His practice focuses on minimally invasive treatments of brain and spinal cord vascular disease.
Chen has authored more than 100 peer-reviewed scientific publications and serves as a senior editor for the Journal of NeuroInterventional Surgery. He also works as a scientific advisory board member for several patient advocacy foundations, including the and Chen also previously served on the Rush University Medical Staff Executive Committee.

Addressing that is going to be a key focus of our work this year,鈥 Chen says. 鈥淥ur society, by its nature, is multidisciplinary and multispecialty, which allows us to not only challenge what we know but really explore what we don鈥檛 yet know. Ultimately, being a part of this society makes us all better physicians and better people.鈥
J Mocco, MD, an endovascular neurosurgeon at Mount Sinai Health System in New York, is the president-elect of SNIS. As the immediate past president of SNIS, William J. Mack, MD, University of Southern California, will remain on the board of the society.
