This year, the Medical Center earned Women’s Choice Awards in the following categories:

- Minimally Invasive Surgery
- Obstetrics
- Stroke Center
Women’s Choice identifies the based on that includes relevant clinical performance, patient satisfaction and appropriate accreditations. To arrive at award determinations, it uses the most recent publicly available information from The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid ÍÑÒÂÖ±²¥ as well as accreditation information from appropriate sources.
To understand what matters most to women regarding health care choices, Women’s Choice draws on surveys of tens of thousands of women as well as research conducted in partnership with the Wharton School of Business. This research led Women’s Choice to conclude that clinical performance cannot be separated from patient experience.
