Beth Lynch is the director of the Section of Community Health in RUSH's Department of Preventive Medicine. Her research focuses on developing and implementing effective community partnerships to promote health equity across a wide range of health conditions. She is also co-lead of the research arm of the RUSH BMO Institute for Health Equity.

Princess Currence is an assistant professor in the Department of Social Work and Community Health. She has more than 15 years of experience building successful DEI recruitment and talent/student development programs from the ground up. Her research focuses on how social, cultural and ethnic factors impact the professional development of health professional students.

Steve Rothschild leads the Department of Family and Preventive Medicine and is a national authority in self-management of chronic illnesses. Rothschild is also an established researcher, focusing on community- and team-based approaches to address health disparities.

Elizabeth Davis is a primary care doctor who also serves on the RUSH Division of Community and Global Health Equity. Davis is especially focused on bringing primary care to patients in underserved communities through the RUSH@Home program. She is also involved in efforts to provide healthcare to people experiencing homelessness.

Wrenetha Julion is a nationally recognized nursing scholar and holds a senior leadership position for equity and inclusion in the RUSH University College of Nursing.
