Movement Disorders Program
For people living with a movement disorder, exercise and physical activity can help improve symptoms and mental well-being. We offer a variety of free classes to help improve strength, balance, and cardiovascular fitness for those who are diagnosed with Parkinson鈥檚 disease, essential tremor and other movement disorders. Delay the Disease
This exercise class is designed specifically to help slow the progression of movement disorders symptoms. Each class is designed to improve balance, strength, stability and cardiovascular fitness.
Tuesday and Thursday
Level 1 鈥 1 to 1:45 p.m.
Level 2 鈥 2 to 2:45 p.m.

Mind and Body
Mind and Body training is one of the most beneficial complementary therapies for Parkinson鈥檚 disease, helping to increase flexibility, improve posture, loosen tight, painful muscles, build (or rebuild) confidence and enhance quality of life.
Friday 鈥 12 to 12:45 p.m.
Rock Steady Boxing
Affiliated with Rock Steady Boxing, a nonprofit that was created to help people with Parkinson鈥檚 improve their quality of life, this non-contact boxing program allows participants to 鈥渇ight back鈥 against the disease, feel comfortable and gain confidence in their abilities. This safe and engaging progressive fitness program will challenge, motivate and inspire you.

Cycle for Parkinson's
Riding an indoor stationary bicycle has been shown to reduce Parkinson鈥檚 symptoms by as much as 35%. Join for the cardiac and symptom relief health benefit, stay for the music and fun.

Next Steps - Cardiopulmonary Rehab
Next Steps is for eligible participants who have recently completed Rush Copley's Cardiac or Pulmonary Rehab program and have the ability to exercise without assistance or cardiac monitoring. Physician approval is required. Six-month program with option to join as an all-access member after the initial term. $39/month for 6 months. To schedule, call (630) 978-6742.
Arthritis for Aqua
This all-age aquatic program is designed for person's with varying degrees of arthritis. Range of motion and endurance exercises will strengthen muscles and joints. 9-week session.
Aqua Yoga with Judy Siek
Adapt postures and principles of yoga in an aquatic environment. 9-week session, Space is limited. Registration is required.
Pre/Post Natal Aqua
This class will include low-impact aerobics, moderate strength training, core strengthening and stretching designed to meet the needs of new and expectant mothers. 9-week session.
